   For over 70 years, Oot Bros., Inc., has been the leader in new home construction and residential development throughout Central New York. Oot Bros., Inc., has been the pioneer of quality and innovative new home construction. Building over 10,000 new homes in more than 25 planned communities, Oot Bros., Inc., has proven to be a versatile builder providing homes and communities for every lifestyle. Founded by Leonard C. Oot, Oot Bros., Inc., was created in order to meet the demands for quality housing in Central New York.
Leonard Oot, together with the partnership of his five sons, Earl, Leo, Donald, Robert and Ronald, excelled in the development and construction of single-family homes. Long steeped in the building tradition of their grandfather, father and uncles, Kristen, Thomas and Timothy Oot purchased the company in 1993 and continue to uphold the commitment of excellence, quality and customer service for which Oot Bros., Inc., is widely known. For three generations, our unique design build philosophy has produced homes that far surpass building standards.
